This course builds on each participant's existing levels of confidence and skill. It helps participants to improve their use of self-management techniques and to cope more effectively with their workload at work. It is aimed at developing the skills necessary to work effectively under pressure with increased workloads and levels of responsibility.
This programme gives participants practical techniques for handling increasingly complex information easily.

- Prioritise urgent versus non-urgent work
- Manage interruptions to work
- Plan a time management system
- Apply techniques to help manage stress at work
- Evaluate how their time is currently spent
- Manage time effectively by predicting and taking control
- Define and commit to a Time Management Action Plan
