Designed to enhance self-esteem, personal effectiveness and performance, this course will enable participants to create and maintain a positive approach which can be applied to all situations not just at work.
Participants will be able to demonstrate their effectiveness at presenting themselves to people of varying commitment levels and in different behaviour settings such as meetings, interviews and negotiations. The skills learned will enable them to resolve conflict successfully, raise levels of self esteem and assist with planning and goal setting.
