This course show managers how to understand change and its effects, sets out the processes of planning, implementing and reviewing the outcomes of change process in such a way as to achieve a stable basis for the next change initiative. This way your organization will readily embrace change, so that after we achieve “What if?”, we move to “What’s next?”

This course ensures that participants will maximize the benefits of change by using skills ranging from involving people in the change process to overcoming resistance to change; from evaluating complexity, timescales and anticipating the effects of change to developing commitment and staff engagement and maintaining the change momentum.
