The word 'interview' literally means 'an exchange of views.' The Interview process creates the conditions for this to happen in a focused and effective way to facilitate either recruitment, appraisal, or even disciplinary procedures calmly and thoroughly.
The skills learned on this course will enable participants to prepare for, to run and to make decisions based upon relevant and measurable data using the latest competency and behaviourally based techniques. (A more advanced version of this course is presented as an in-house 2-day course.)
