Suitable for Senior and Middle Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders

Trains and coaches participants in the approach, knowledge and skills to provide a powerful Mentoring Process for Protégés. Emphasis is placed on evaluating Protégé performance, stimulating the learning and development of the Protégé and facilitating the improvement and change process with the Protégé. Interestingly, the course is presented in two very similar but singularly different formats; one for Protégés and one for Mentors.

The philosophy of Mentoring is explained to develop participants’ perceptions and to raise commitment and skills so as to be of direct and measurably effective benefit to Protégés.

Many Protégés will in due course become Mentors themselves, so it is important that the protégé experience is as positive as it is productive; and those Mentors are immediately effective after training. It is for this reason that a post-course Monitoring Process is offered at no extra charge. The course is suitable for delivery as an in-house event, and is carefully tailored to the cultural and organizational needs of the client.
