Selection Testing

The probability of selecting the right person for the job is greatly enhanced by an objective assessment of candidates’ eligibility and suitability.

By using psychometric questionnaires each candidate’s aptitudes, abilities, strengths and limitations are measured to establish eligibility for the appointment in question. Their personality, values, style and approach are also measured to establish suitability for the appointment.

Prioritised selection criteria are rated against a sixteen-point matrix that allows objective measurement of individual candidates against a unique job profile.

A prioritised training-needs analysis is submitted for each candidate. This enables the successful recruit to quickly optimise his or her performance in the new role. These objective assessment techniques have a very powerful predictive validity.

Clear and detailed reports that describe candidates in terms of specific job requirements, relationships with future colleagues and their prospective boss are presented within 24 hours of assessment. Full feedback is given to both clients and candidates.
