About Ben Williams

Executive Coaching

Coaching is regarded as essential in the world of high performance sport; however, this is not always the case in business. As well as being of great benefit to the individual, the client organization will also benefit from greater commitment, retention of key personnel, reduction in conflict and improved professional and management performance.

An Executive Coaching process optimizes performance, and that of the client’s area of responsibility within their organization, by means of achieving clearly established improvements in performance and other clearly defined developmental outcomes.

The initial part of the process will involve the application of psychometric assessment techniques, coupled with behaviour descriptive interview, which will permit focused and relevant confidential feedback. This in turn leads on to private 1:1 tuition and coaching in each of the identified training need topics.

Subsequent meetings, usually around four meetings, will address the prioritised training and coaching needs, and will take place at regular intervals not exceeding three weeks apart. This ensures focus, 'incubation' and reinforcement of learning, while allowing time for the application of learning and the practice of new skills between meetings.

Ben Williams Corporate Psychology has developed a streamlined and easily accessible library of training materials, supported with relevant and interesting training videos. The client will be supplied with PowerPoint Notes, appropriate Exercises, Self-Administered Coaching Questionnaires and Training Tips from this material. Furthermore, he or she will be entitled to confidential contact with Ben Williams, during (or very occasionally after!) business hours.
