Our aim is to ensure that the skills acquired during training can be transferred back into the workplace. To achieve this we:

Ben Williams Corporate Psychology also offer selection testing, training needs analysis and career guidance counselling. Our aim is to meet client needs by ensuring that the skills acquired during training can be easily transferred back into the workplace. The training programmes are focused on meeting specific needs. The techniques are highly participative, personal attention being a key characteristic of the process.
Precise and well-researched course documentation is used as is personality assessment, video feedback, realplay and other practical exercises, which ensure that learning is focused and fun. Participants gain powerful insights and techniques.
